Our Dungarvan Coastal Greenway experience runs Wednesdays & Sundays

General fitness required previous bike experience and a good sense of balance.

Bike Info:

Our bikes are super easy to ride, very comfortable, safe & fun. They ride just like a normal bike but with a little help up the hills or if it's windy from the motor. They are very easy to step in and out of, have lights front & rear for your safety. We use Rad Power Runner + eBikes for our experiences which are exclusive to Bike & Hike Adventures.

About:

Join us on our Eco-Friendly eBike experience to discover the stunning Dungarvan & surrounding coastline & also the magnificent Waterford Greenway.
We will view this area of natural beauty with panoramic views of Dungarvan harbour all the way over to Ring and Helvik Head. You might be lucky to see some of the local wildlife to which this harbour is home.
We will explore some of the magnificent beaches including Clonea with its magnificent sandy shore, where you can take a walk along one of Waterford's best beaches (swimming is optional and at your own risk).
We head inland & maybe do a coffee stop before we join up with The Waterford Greenway. We will bike approx 10 km up the Greenway where we will have stops off to take in the amazing views. Turning back we will head back to Dungarvan all the way along The Greenway with one or two further stops.

Our eBikes make it easy to bike around this route, you will discover the beauty of this southern part of Ireland, learn about its history & people.
If we hear of anything interesting happening in the area on the day of your experience we may change the route slightly to show you.
